1 Squats

This movement targets the quadriceps.

Bend your legs as if sitting back into a chair, extending your arms forward for balance and keeping your weight in your heels.

Focus on speed rather than depth, completing 10 reps.

Modification: If squatting low feels difficult, simply don’t bend as deeply.

2 Arm Lifts

This movement works the deltoid and back muscles.

Swing your arms to a 90° angle in front of you, stopping firmly at shoulder height.

It's more like a punch than a swing.

Complete 10 reps on each arm.

3 Arm Circles

This movement is similar to a half jumping jack and works with closed fists.

Bring your hands together in front, then swing your arms out to the side and overhead, clicking your hands together again.

Do 10 reps, bending your knees slightly as the hands meet at the bottom.

Modification: Instead of circling the arms out to the side, bring your hands to prayer position, raise them overhead, and sweep them down like a breaststroke.

4 Shoulder Presses

With fists closed, press your arms straight overhead for 10 reps.

Modification: If lifting overhead is difficult, punch forward at shoulder height instead.
