Use your right hand and place 2 fingers on your left collarbone.
Rub gently 10x.
Slap 10x.
Repeat with your left hand for your right side.

Reach behind your ears with both hands and locate the jaw bone.
Use two fingers on both hands and rub lightly 10x.
Tap 10x.

Spread your right hand and rub your left pectoral muscle near your armpit 10x.
Slap 10x.
Repeat with your left hand for your right side.

Place both hands one above the other above the navel.
Rub back & forth with both hands 10x.
Slap 10x.

Use your hands and find the crease in your groin on both sides.
Rub back and forth diagonally 10x.
Slap both 10x.

Spread both hands and find the crease behind both knees.
Rub up and down 10x.
Slap both 10x.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Bounce up and down on the balls of your feet raising and lowering your heels.
20 seconds.
Breath only through nose.
